After ACHEMA 2009 (important trade fair for the chemical industry) has just successfully taken place in May, FUGAFIL saran GmbH will again exhibit at TECHTEXTIL 2009 in Frankfurt from 16th to 18th June.

Numerous new and further developments in addition to existing versatile range of fabrics will be presented. One focal theme will be the fabrics for architecture and trade-show construction. Among others FUGAFIL will display light-transmitting fabrics which can be used for manufacture of illuminated ceilings and walls for public buildings, airports or hotels. These fabrics can also be used outdoor as building membranes or textile coverings for buildings or second façades.

A main topic will also be the new development of acoustic fabrics being designed for the improvement of room acoustics, e. g. as ceiling panels and wired ceilings.

The field sun protection will be extended by new roller blinds for busses and trains.

For the solid-liquid separation (wet filtration) FUGAFIL will present new double layer fabrics. Filter belts are now made-up with edge reinforcements and special seams. For further information please have a look at the separate newsletter “Filter fabrics”.

The company-own department extrusion produces special monofilaments as well as effect threads, e. g. for upholstery in the automotive industry. PVC-coated threads for various applications are a new item in the range of products.
