In
the weaving preparation department,
the threading section and the weaving
mill we also manufacture for other
firms under wage work agreements.
In
the weaving preparation area two warping
machines are available: a Hacoba machine
with a maximum warping width of 230 cm
for coarser threads and a Benninger
machine for finer threads and closer-woven
material (up to a warping width of
270 cm).
In
the threading section at a number of
threading frames skilled staff are
employed on the production of weaving
harnesses. Since the materials being
processed are in the main very special
products made up in accordance with
our customers' requirements, the work
procedures are carried out by hand - as
a result the finest monofilaments can
be processed.
In the weaving department monofile
and multifile fabrics up to a maximum
woven width of 260 cm are the focal
point. For the various products specially-installed
Sulzer and Dornier looms on the one
hand provide high capacity and on the
other hand make possible the processing
of fabrics which range from the finest
sieve fabric through sun blind fabric
to heavy filter fabrics.
In
all three areas of fabric-making skilled
employees, precision and craftsmanship
guarantee a standard of the highest quality.
Even more important than the technology,
however, is the way it is put to use. "Know-how",
experience and, above all, openness towards
innovative solutions exclusively tailored
for the individual customer serve as
a basis for a broad spectrum of capability
and fast deliveries.
