Exclusion of Liability

In a judgement from 12 th May 1998 (Liability for Links, 312 O 85/98, District Court of Hamburg) it was decided that when a person sets up a Link, that person takes responsibility for the contents of the linked pages. According to the District Court liability can only be avoided when such person expressly dissociates himself from the contents of the pages.
