This department guarantees

At customer's request fabric can be further processed: with cutting machines and laser cutters.

Every measurable cut, whether hot, cold or with ultrasound technology, is for specific processing in all widths as requested by you feasible without difficulty - naturally also for work orders relating to goods delivered to us by customers.

The almost unlimited possibilities of individual cuttings which we can offer, become very clear from the diversity of products which extends from special coffee filters to cavity dowels (injection moulding) and from fluff sieves to fill in sieve bags on military tanks.

We offer the following possibilities:

• ultrasound cutting and welding
  for precise, selective and clean results without heat marks

• fabric welding
  an older technique which is used, above all, for thicker or multi-layer materials

• laser cutting (also lasercut)
  combined cutting and welding processes with very high precision in the line of cut

• hot cutter
  used for the exact separation of especially thicker or multi-layer materials
